Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect on computersfortrading.com and its sub-sites, including go.computersfortrading.com (together, "this site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. This site is run by Tulcan Enterprises LTD, doing business as EZ Trading Computers ("we", "us", "our").

This site is where you can request our free guides and coupon codes and see our current offers. When you buy a computer, you do that on our online store at eztradingcomputers.net or by phone, and the store's own privacy policy, published on eztradingcomputers.net, covers your order.

Who this site is for

You must be 18 or older to sign up on this site or to buy from us. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you sign up for a coupon code or a free guide, we collect your email address. If you call, email or chat with us, we keep what you tell us, such as your name, phone number and what you are looking for.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and our service providers collect:

• your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view;
• the page or ad that sent you here, including the ad click identifier that ad platforms add to their links (for example, Google's "gclid"), which we store with your sign-up;
• information from cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see "Cookies and advertising" below).

Information used to stop spam. Our sign-up forms are screened by a spam-prevention service. It looks at signals such as your IP address, browser characteristics and how the form was filled in, to tell real people from automated sign-ups.

How we use your information

• To send what you asked for, such as your coupon code or guide.
• To send you emails about trading computers, including tips, new products and sales. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To answer your questions and help you choose or support a computer.
• To measure which ads and pages lead to sign-ups and purchases. This includes matching an ad click identifier to your sign-up and to any later order, and reporting those results back to the ad platform so our ads reach people who find them useful.
• To keep this site and our forms secure and to block fraud and automated sign-ups.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that work for us, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

• our email marketing and customer database provider (Keap);
• the companies that host this site (ClickFunnels and DigitalOcean);
• our form spam-prevention provider (SpamKill);
• advertising and measurement providers, such as Google and AdRoll;
• social media providers whose features appear on some pages, such as Meta (Facebook);
• our online store platform (Shopify), when you go on to shop or buy.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and pixels from advertising partners, including Google Ads and AdRoll. They tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads signs up, and they let us show our ads to people who have visited this site before, on other websites and apps. These partners may combine this with information they collect elsewhere. Some pages also load social media features, such as Facebook's, which may set their own cookies.

You can limit this kind of advertising:

• Google: adssettings.google.com
• Network Advertising Initiative: optout.networkadvertising.org
• Digital Advertising Alliance: optout.aboutads.info
• Your browser's settings, which can block or delete cookies. Some parts of this site may not work properly without them.

Some state privacy laws treat this kind of cross-site advertising as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or as "targeted advertising". You can ask us to stop using your information this way at any time, using the contact details below. This site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with similar laws, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• have us correct inaccurate information;
• have us delete your information;
• opt out of targeted advertising and of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information;
• appeal if we turn down your request.

To make a request, call us at 561-872-7869 or email [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will confirm your identity before acting on it, usually by matching your email address, and we will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why. You can use an authorized agent, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To stop marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you stay on our email list or remain our customer, and afterwards only as long as we need it for the purposes above, for our records, or to meet legal requirements.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and this site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No website or online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, you understand it will be transferred here.

This site links to other websites, including our store. Their own privacy policies apply to them.
